This broth is perfect for sipping on its own if you are under the weather. But, if you are looking to serve this for dinner, ladle this broth over crsipy rice (recipe follows), dumplings, or rice noodles.

1 tablespoon (or more) fresh lime or lemon juice

Ingredients
8 cups of water
2-3 tablespoons loose tea, or 6-9 tea bags
Optional, 2 tablespoons dried herbs or 2 large sprigs of fresh herbs.
Sweetner if desired: honey or agave
Method:
Wash a large glass container (up to 1 gallon in size) thoroughly to avoid contamination.
Add cold filtered water and tea into the glass container and cover with a lid.
Place in the direct sun, either outdoors or next to the window.
Steep in the sun for 2-4 hours and if needed, move the jar occasionally, so it stays in the sun.
If you used loose leaf tea, strain the tea into another jar or pitcher. If using tea bags remove tea bags.
Add desired sweetener while it’s still warm. Stir.
If you want to enjoy it immediately, serve over ice and store the rest in the fridge. Drink within 1-2 days.
Recipe notes:
Sun tea will probably taste more mellow in flavor than tea made with boiling water or cold brew methods. It is less likely to be bitter, but some bitterness is...

I'm here to drop a massive truth bomb.
Take it from me. Nobody in my family has ever claimed to be "psychic."
This spiritual gift I have was not passed down for 5 generations.
This "gift" is within all of us.
It is up to us if we want to strengthen it.
When I started diving into my spiritual and psychic development, I questioned myself ALOT. Like a whole lot. I put myself against these insane standards. Yet, through it all and my my understand of what it actually means to be "psychic" or "intuitive" I have found these 5 core ideas/tools to be the most potent and...
Have you ever had weird coincidental moments that made you question if you're crazy? Or, if there are moments where you are hearing or seeing things that aren't physically there, you could be a psychic.
Being psychic is nothing to be afraid of. It implies that we are closer than we ever imagined and care more about each other's experiences. You'll experience that connection more intensely if you respect your psychic powers.
What does psychic mean?
The term psychic involves or refers to abilities or occurrences that seem to defy the laws of nature, especially those that involve telepathy or clairvoyance.

While not new, breathwork is currently a trendy practice. People have used techniques for breathing for thousands of years, and its roots are in yoga.
The main principle of breathwork is that when you breathe in, you nurture your body and mind while exhaling poisons and tension.
In order to effectively utilize breathwork and get the most out of the experience, you need to surrender and allow yourself to fully receive.
Any kind of breathing exercise or method is referred to as breathwork. People frequently practice them to enhance their mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
People use techniques for breathing to:
It is in that moment that you realize that you listened to your intuition, that quiet, calm wisdom that resides within you - and you are able to take a step back and realize that your soul had your back all along.
It is in those moments of reassurance of truths that have been engrained within you for sometime that you begin to remember how connected you truly are to the cosmos.
As humans, we tend to want tangible proof of things that we cannot quite understand.
We want to know the how and the why.
We desire to have all of our questions answered before deciding upon taking the leap of faith.
So when you find yourself in front of a path that you never anticipated for yourself,
or perhaps it is time to let go of something in...
Are you a newcomer to spirituality or a spiritual seeker? There are spiritual awakening books for everyone, no matter where you are on your spiritual path. Spiritual awakenings can take years for some people, while they can happen immediately for others.
